Orders are processed same day and delivered next business day.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

In our neighbourhood deliveries are made with our delivery vehicle. Otherwise they are done with a local delivery service.

No you do not need to be home. We will leave your order at your door. It will be good to stay there until you get home. We are not responsible if someone takes your delivery.

All the meat we sell is Canadian (except the Australian Wagyu).

You are best off to keep the meats for 3-4 days before freezing.

The meat is wrapped in brown butcher paper and can be frozen.

All the meats we sell come from Federally or Provincially inspected facilities.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. As a perishable food product, we can't offer blanket returns, but if something isn't right with your order, contact us directly at 613-744-6683 or orders@dumouchelmeat.ca and we'll make it right.
